How the bed is laid out

Three long rows: potatoes in the first, low sunflowers in the middle, beans in the third.

An experiment in a block of three 9.6 m rows. Low sunflower varieties only — the beds are 70 cm high, so tall ones would be absurd. Written up as a draft that never got published.. until now.

A friendly reminder: every garden plays by its own rules. Zones, soil, weather and a hundred small things decide what works — so this is how I did it and what worked for me, not a promise. Try, learn, adjust, try again.. that's half the fun anyway.
