How the bed is laid out

Beetroot in tight rows 15 cm apart, with sugar snap peas in rows alongside.

A bed in the Enrichers with a twist quarter, planned for three harvests in one season — the peas feed the soil while the beetroot fills the rows.

A friendly reminder: every garden plays by its own rules. Zones, soil, weather and a hundred small things decide what works — so this is how I did it and what worked for me, not a promise. Try, learn, adjust, try again.. that's half the fun anyway.
