The winter-sown beetroot has been developing nicely.
The indoor-started beetroot came later and is a bit thinner, but all looking fine, already transplanted once.
Had planned to move everything outdoors last weekend, but held off a few extra days with nights hitting -7°C. Today, both batches — winter-sown and indoor-started — finally went into the bed.
Beautiful red roots.
