Excited to see how this early experiment turns out. Found a couple of extra cold-frame beds late in the planning, so I’m using them to try a few new things for winter sowing — starting today with scallions and pea shoots, plus some spinach, lettuce, and carrots added in.
A layer of unfrozen soil first.
