The early kale is really taking off now that some actual warmth has arrived. What was a modest bucket of seedlings a few weeks ago is turning into proper, harvestable plants.
Enough now that we’re starting to harvest — kale pizza is on regular rotation, with the kale wok-fried first before it goes on top.
Hard to overstate how much difference a couple of warm days makes at this point in the season. Everything just visibly speeds up.
