Started the tomato seeds today — a bit ahead of my own plan, which risks tall, leggy plants, but with the extra grow lights I’m hoping it works out. Had some spare space in the seed starter after sowing chilli and peppers, so the tomatoes for this bed went in there too.
Two days later, basil is started as well — so many varieties this year, and plenty of room for them around the tomatoes and chillies. Also winter-sowing a mixed Asian leaf blend for this bed for the first time — fingers crossed on that one.
