Look at this — rocket is sprouting! First tiny sprouts showed about a week ago, then temperatures dropped to -10°C. Thankfully about 10 cm of insulating snow came with it, and today the bed greets me with rocket sprouts. No sign of the lettuce yet, but hoping it’s still coming.
Still looking good a month later — a few sunny days and this bed will be ready to start harvesting.
