I bought this year’s seed potatoes later than usual, so there wasn’t time to let them chit properly before they had to go in the ground.
The kids came along for planting day — writing the variety labels and helping dig each one in. Not the most efficient way to plant a bed of potatoes, but definitely the most fun.
