Padrones Went Overripe and Fiery Red, but the Tomatoes Turned Out Well

The padron peppers got away from me a bit this year, going overripe, strong, and completely red instead of the mild green ones you usually pick young. The tomatoes, at least, turned out really well, a good mix of colors and shapes in this year’s harvest.
