Corten steel, tailored to fit the kitchen windows — made with our contractor at the time, KW Bygg. The plan is a mix of flowers and herbs, close enough to the kitchen to actually get used while cooking rather than forgotten at the far end of the garden.
It’s a small thing, but having herbs within arm’s reach of the stove has changed how often I actually use fresh ones instead of reaching for the dried jar out of convenience.
