I’m genuinely happy with how the garden has turned out this year, despite having far less time for it than usual. It’s a good reminder that a kitchen garden doesn’t need constant attention to look good and stay productive — it just needs a decent plan to begin with.
The flowers mixed through the beds are doing a lot of the visual heavy lifting right now — cosmos, calendula, and the last of the kale flowering out.
