A general check-in on how the garden is doing at the end of July — mostly good, though it’s clearly time to get serious about weeding again. Everything grows so fast this time of year that a week of neglect turns into a real project.
Still, there’s plenty to be pleased with among the overgrowth — the flowers especially are having a wonderful month.
