Majs + Tagetes + Zucchini
Grown for real in my garden in 2023 — first written up in the log.
Tall corn stalks, zucchini sprawling as ground cover below, and marigold tucked between the two.
A simple, beautiful trio: corn brings the height, zucchini keeps the soil covered and moist, marigold pulls in the pollinators and keeps some pests guessing. Close cousin of the plain corn + zucchini bed.
