Before committing to a final trim color for the sauna cabin, I wanted to actually see the stain rather than just trust the sample chip on the tin. Poured a bit out to check the true color and consistency before brushing anything onto the actual wood.
Ended up testing directly on an offcut against the black cladding, which is really the only way to know if a color is going to work — chips and swatches never quite tell the truth the way seeing it on the actual material does.
