Quick status update from the basement grow-light setup. Aubergine and padrones are coming along nicely and will eventually head out to the greenhouse, cabbage seedlings are destined for the outdoor beds, and a tray of coriander is growing for the kitchen spice shelf.
Everything’s still indoors for now, but you can already tell which plants are going where once it warms up.
The basement has become genuinely essential to how the whole season works — nothing goes out until it’s ready, and it’s ready a lot faster with a head start like this.
